The Enthusiasts: These team members are fueled by the potential for massive productivity gains. Their logic is simple: if the organization is doing good work, being able to do more of it faster is an inherent win.
The Skeptics: This group isn't necessarily against the technology, but they are raising some yellow flags. They worry about data safety, environmental impacts, legal risks, and whether using AI will ultimately undermine the organization's hard-earned and mission-critical trust.
The Conscientious Objectors: For these individuals, the answer is a hard "no". They often feel the technology crosses a fundamental ethical line or threatens the very craft of their work.
The Danger of "Dropping the Rope"

Building Professional Judgment: No amount of technical guardrails or policy will negate the need for individual, professional judgment.
